We charge a set fee of £399.99 for what we call a standard website. This comprises of a home page and up to 4 other web pages of your choice. We can incorporate the elements below in your website within this price:

Included in this price is your preferred domain name for the first 12 months (subject to availability), your first months website hosting, website search engine optimisation and submission to all of the major search engines. 

Obviously it is a priority to ensure that your site is always fully functional and available online. Any technical issues can be sent via email or by telephone and in the rare instances they occur will be dealt with as a matter of urgency. 

We absolutely recommend that you take the option with us to have your site regularly updated. Websites that attract the most customers and generate business inquiries are those that have regularly updated content such as news, stories, events and business reviews. By being pro-active in this way your website is most likely to be given prominence within search engine results when people are browsing online.  

Every business has different requirements in terms of volume and complexity of updating so it is best to discuss this at the outset of your project so we can provide an estimate of any additional monthly costs. We do not allow third parties to perform updates on our sites.

For a standard website, as described above, we normally expect the project to be completed within 30 days from the date of commencement. This is somewhat dependent on the timely provision to us of any logos, images, content, etc, that you require to be used in the design. 

We will need your contact details and a deposit payment of £99.99 for your standard website set-up, witht the balance of £300.00 due on completion. You will also need to provide us with debit or credit card details in order to register your domain name and for monthly payment of website hosting (remember that the first year of your domain name and the first month's hosting is included in the set-up charge). This will be done via telephone call.

For any significantly larger projects a timescale would need to be agreed in advance based on your design brief.

The finished design belongs to you for as long as monthly web hosting payments are made in accordance with our terms and conditions. The domain name registered by us on your behalf is your property, and the cost of annual renewal will be advised at the start of your project. 

The first year of your domain name use is covered in our initial set up fee. Web hosting charges must be paid on time each month by debit or credit card to ensure the website remains active online. This includes technical support to ensure that your website is always fully functional and available to view. 

If the hosting isn't continuously paid on time each month the site will eventually end up being taken offline and the content and design may be lost.

We have experience in designing websites for e-commerce. A complete solution can be provided from the listing and description of products, to placing orders, arranging delivery options and completing payment securely.
